sunglass party?

Maya and I met up with Clayton and friends at the Kid Sister show/snowboard rave party in Fremont the other night. It was super fun/weird.

I Made It!

I draped this dress for a school project. I knocked off a picture of a dress in NYLON magazine and changed it just a little. In these pictures it's not sewn together yet. I did end up taking it off and sewing it up, it fits me alright (this dress form has big boobys and a tiny waist......so I had to change it a little to fit me :)

Portland is for lovers.

Clayton took me to Portland for our 2 year wedding anniversary, we stayed 2 nights in the new Ace Hotel and it was amazing.

Silly.

We had some excellent food on our trip. This is the Ringside, a classic steakhouse which has a boxing theme and a really cute bar.

Clayton bought me some micky mouse ears....

We smoked cigars.....

Clayton had researched some cool things to do in Portland (so sweet) and he found out about this Catholic park (?) called The Grotto. It was really beatiful, and big.

It was very Christmasy.....

this is a meditation room that is at the edge of a cliff looking over part of Portland. You take a elevator up to it. There were lots of kids and familys in it so it was more like a changing room then a peaceful meditation room.

There is a monistary on the property......

party at the Grotto!....

It also had a petting zoo, weird. This is Romeo the minature pony, so cute......

Clayton and a Lama.......

This is a jug bar that we saw when we were driving around, we didn't go in it, next time.

We did a bunch of other stuff that I didn't get pictures of.......one of the highlights was The Singing Christmas Tree that Clayton had bought tickets to, it was a surprise to me and it was so fun. about 60 people in a huge christmas tree shape singing carols.

I love Portland more everytime I go there.
My husband is amazing and I love him more then words could say. Thanks babe! xoxo -a
